Whether you're finishing a late shift in Toronto, driving back from cottage country up Highway 400, or simply need a late-night pickup before bed, every Ashario store stays open until 11 PM with full in-store service, online reservations, and same-day pickup. This guide breaks down each location's extended hours, late-night accessibility, and what you can expect when shopping with us after dark.

Are Any Cannabis Stores Open Late in Toronto and the GTA?

Yes. Ashario Cannabis operates four locations across the Greater Toronto Area that are open until 11:00 PM every night of the week, including Sundays and holidays. As of 2026, there are no legal 24-hour cannabis stores in Ontario: the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) restricts licensed retailers to operating hours between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM under the Cannabis Licence Act. Ashario stores open at 7:00 AM for online order pickup and resume full retail service within AGCO-permitted hours, making us one of the most accessible late-night cannabis retailers in the GTA.

For a deeper look at our extended hours and which late-night services are available, see our guide to the late-night hours at Ashario Dufferin & Centerpoint. You can also browse our full cannabis product categories online and reserve before you arrive to skip the wait at peak evening hours.

Is There a 24 Hour Cannabis Store in Ontario?

No. Under Ontario's Cannabis Licence Act and AGCO regulations, licensed cannabis retailers are only permitted to operate between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM. A true 24-hour cannabis store does not exist legally in Ontario as of 2026. Any storefront or website claiming 24-hour cannabis sales in Ontario is operating outside the legal framework, and purchasing from unlicensed sources carries legal risk plus zero quality assurance on potency, contaminants, or batch testing.

Ashario operates the maximum legally permitted late-night hours, until 11:00 PM every single day. Our recommendation: plan ahead and place an online reservation before 10:45 PM to guarantee same-day pickup.

What Can I Buy at Ashario Late at Night?

Every Ashario location offers the same full product catalog from open until close. There are no reduced-selection late-night menus. Available product categories include dried flower (3.5g, 7g, 14g, 28g formats), pre-rolls and infused pre-rolls, 510-thread vape cartridges and disposable vapes, edibles (gummies, chocolates, beverages, baked goods), hash and concentrates (live resin, rosin, shatter, hash), oils and capsules, and accessories.

Late-night shoppers most commonly purchase pre-rolls, vapes, and edibles: products that don't require additional setup. Our budtenders can recommend specific cultivars based on what you're looking for, and we maintain stock of popular SKUs throughout evening hours so the 10 PM customer gets the same selection as the 2 PM customer. Visit our Ashario Cannabis blog for product guides, brand reviews, and strain breakdowns.

Frequently Asked Questions

What time do Ashario Cannabis stores close?

All four Ashario Cannabis locations close at 11:00 PM every day of the week, including weekends and statutory holidays. This is the latest closing time legally permitted under Ontario's Cannabis Licence Act and AGCO regulations. We recommend arriving by 10:45 PM to give yourself time to browse, consult a budtender, and complete checkout before close. Online reservations placed before 10:30 PM are typically ready for same-day pickup.

Is there a cannabis store open 24 hours in Toronto?

No. Ontario law restricts licensed cannabis retailers to operating between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM. There are no legal 24-hour cannabis stores anywhere in Ontario, including Toronto. Any storefront advertising 24-hour cannabis sales is operating illegally and should be avoided: purchases from unlicensed sources are not subject to Health Canada potency testing or contaminant screening. Ashario operates the maximum permitted hours (7 AM to 11 PM via early online pickup, with full retail 9 AM to 11 PM).

Can I reserve cannabis online for late-night pickup?

Yes. Online reservations can be placed at any time and picked up the same day until 11:00 PM at any Ashario location. We recommend placing your reservation at least 30 minutes before your intended pickup time so our team can prepare the order. Reservations are free, and there's no minimum purchase. You'll need valid government-issued ID showing you are 19+ to complete pickup. Browse the full reservable inventory through our product categories.

Which Ashario location is closest to downtown Toronto for late-night cannabis?

Ashario Centerpoint Mall at Yonge and Steeles is the closest Ashario location to downtown Toronto, sitting at the northern edge of the city. From Yonge & Bloor, the drive north on Yonge Street typically takes 25-30 minutes outside of rush hour. The Finch & Dufferin location is comparable in distance for customers in west-end Toronto. Both stores stay open until 11:00 PM nightly with full retail service.

Do I need to be 19 to enter an Ashario store at night?

Yes. Under Ontario's Cannabis Control Act, the legal age to purchase or possess cannabis is 19 years old. Ashario staff will ID every customer who appears under 25 years old, regardless of the time of day. Valid ID includes an Ontario driver's licence, Ontario Photo Card, Canadian passport, or other government-issued photo ID with date of birth. Minors are not permitted inside cannabis retail stores at any hour, including for accompanying an adult shopper.

Are Ashario stores open late on holidays?

Yes. All four Ashario locations operate on regular 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM hours 365 days a year, including Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Canada Day, Thanksgiving, and all statutory holidays. We do not close on Christmas Day or New Year's Day. This makes Ashario one of the few retailers, cannabis or otherwise, with truly consistent year-round late-night hours across the GTA. Holiday evenings (especially December 31) tend to be our busiest periods, so we strongly recommend placing an online reservation in advance.
