BEFORE YOU START

  • Use the same email you used when placing your order or signing up.
  • Open the wallet link on your phone (not desktop).
  • Update your device to the latest software for best compatibility.
Apple Wallet

APPLE WALLET (IPHONE)

Works on iPhone and Apple Watch
  1. Open the Ashario wallet link from your email or SMS on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Add to Apple Wallet.
  3. Tap Add in the top right corner.
  4. Open the Wallet app and confirm your Ashario pass appears.
Tip: If you don’t see the button, open the link in Safari.
Google Wallet

GOOGLE WALLET (ANDROID)

Works on most Android devices
  1. Open the Ashario wallet link from your email or SMS on your Android phone.
  2. Tap Add to Google Wallet.
  3. Select your Google account if prompted.
  4. Tap Save and confirm your pass appears in Google Wallet.
Tip: If it doesn’t work, open the link in Chrome and make sure Google Wallet is installed.

TROUBLESHOOTING

NO WALLET LINK RECEIVED

Check spam/junk. Search your inbox for Ashario Wallet.

LINK WON'T OPEN

Open directly in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android).

PASS NOT UPDATING

Update your device and enable notifications for Wallet / Google Wallet.

How do I add my Ashario pass to Apple Wallet? +
Open the wallet link on your iPhone, tap Add to Apple Wallet, then tap Add.
How do I add my Ashario pass to Google Wallet? +
Open the wallet link on Android, tap Add to Google Wallet, select your Google account if prompted, and tap Save.
I didn’t receive my wallet link. What should I do? +
Check spam/junk. If you still don’t see it, search for Ashario Wallet. Make sure you’re using the same email used at checkout or signup.
The wallet button doesn’t work. How do I fix it? +
Open the link directly in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android). Also confirm you’re on your phone, not desktop.
Will my Ashario pass update automatically? +
Many passes update automatically. Keep your device updated and allow Wallet / Google Wallet notifications.
