Age Verification

To comply with government regulations for the sale of Cannabis, we must verify the age of the Cannabis purchaser prior to purchase and checkout. If you have troubles with age verification, send an email to [email protected].

Ashario is open for in store shopping and curb side pickup. Upon entering the store or picking up your order, we will need you to provide proof of age using a valid government-issued photo ID and the card you used to place the order.

Ashario Online Pickup

Online pick-up orders are available 15 minutes after your order has been placed. A government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of pick up. At Ashario we accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and Apple Pay. You can place your order online and over the phone with a sales representative.

Ashario Same-Day Delivery

For delivery orders, someone 19 or older must be present at the delivery address and will be asked to present valid government-issued photo ID, along with the card used to place the order. We cannot leave cannabis at the door, in a lobby, or with a concierge or neighbour, and our driver must refuse the delivery if no valid ID is shown, if the recipient is under 19, or if they are or appear to be intoxicated.

Deliveries are made only within the window you select, and all delivery windows fall within the hours permitted for cannabis delivery in Ontario. Orders are delivered by Ashario's own CannSell certified staff to residential and private addresses in our delivery areas. If a delivery cannot be completed, the order returns to the store that day and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund.
