Spinach Cannabis Brand Review: Vapes, Edibles & Products Available at Ashario

Spinach Cannabis is one of Canada's most recognized licensed cannabis brands, known for producing approachable, flavour-forward products across multiple categories including vapes, edibles, flower, and pre-rolls. As of 2026, Spinach products are available at all four Ashario Cannabis locations across Ontario (in North York, Aurora, and Thornton) making it one of the more accessible national brands for Ontario consumers. This guide covers what Spinach Cannabis offers, how their most popular product lines work, and where you can find them near you.

What Is Spinach Cannabis?

Spinach Cannabis is a federally licensed cannabis brand operating under Cronos Group, one of Canada's largest cannabis companies. Since legalization, Spinach has built a reputation for consistent quality, bold flavour profiles, and a product lineup that spans multiple consumption formats. The brand targets both newer cannabis consumers and experienced users looking for reliable, well-formulated options at accessible price points.

Spinach's product philosophy centres on transparency and approachability: clearly labelled potency information, straightforward product descriptions, and consistent batch quality. Their lineup includes dried flower, pre-rolls, infused pre-rolls, vape pens, disposable vapes, and edibles including their widely popular Sourz by Spinach gummy line.

For Ontario consumers, Spinach products are regularly stocked at Ashario Cannabis dispensaries, where knowledgeable staff can help you navigate the brand's various offerings and formats.

Sourz by Spinach: The Edibles Line Explained

Sourz by Spinach is a THC-infused gummy line that has become one of the most recognized cannabis edible products in Ontario. The Sourz line features fruit-flavoured gummies with a sour sugar coating, designed to deliver a consistent and enjoyable edible experience. Each package is dosed according to Health Canada regulations, and the gummies are available in multiple flavour varieties.

What sets Sourz by Spinach apart in the edibles category is the combination of recognizable candy-style flavour and consistent THC distribution across each piece. The gummies are manufactured to precise infusion standards, which matters when consumers are looking for a predictable experience with each serving.

Fully Blasted Sourz by Spinach

Fully Blasted Sourz by Spinach is an elevated version of the original Sourz gummy format. This product line features higher-potency gummies designed for consumers who are more experienced with cannabis edibles and prefer a stronger THC concentration per piece. The "Fully Blasted" designation refers to the increased infusion level compared to the standard Sourz gummies, making these products better suited for individuals who have already established their personal tolerance and dosing preferences.

As with all cannabis edibles sold in Canada, onset time can vary significantly based on individual metabolism, body weight, what you've eaten, and other personal factors. Ashario staff at any of the four Ontario locations are available to discuss edible formats and help you select a product that aligns with your experience level.

Other Sourz Flavour Varieties

The Sourz by Spinach line has expanded over time to include a range of fruit-forward flavours. While specific SKU availability varies by location and season, common varieties that have appeared in Ontario stores include strawberry, watermelon, cherry, blue raspberry, and tropical fruit options. Stock availability at Ashario locations is best confirmed directly with staff or by visiting a store near you.

Spinach Vape Pen Products: 510 Cartridges and Disposables

Spinach Cannabis offers two primary vape formats in Ontario: 510-thread vape cartridges compatible with standard batteries, and all-in-one disposable vape pens. Both formats deliver cannabis oil through an inhaled vapour, offering a smoke-free experience with faster onset compared to edibles.

Spinach 510 Vape Cartridge

The Spinach 510 vape cartridge is designed to attach to any standard 510-thread battery and delivers cannabis oil derived from Spinach's in-house strain and extraction programs. The cartridges are available in a range of strain-specific and flavour-specific options, typically featuring strain designations (such as indica, sativa, or hybrid classifications) alongside terpene-forward flavour profiles.

510-thread cartridges are a popular choice for consumers who already own a compatible battery and want to switch between strains without purchasing a new device. Spinach cartridges are generally available in 0.5g and 1g fill sizes, though availability varies by location and product release cycle.

Spinach Disposable Vape

The Spinach disposable vape is an all-in-one device that comes pre-filled and pre-charged: no battery, no assembly, and no refilling required. This format is particularly appealing to consumers who are new to vaping, prefer simplicity, or want a self-contained device for occasional use.

Spinach disposable vapes are available in various strain-based profiles and cannabis oil formulations. Because they are sealed units, each device delivers a consistent draw from the first use to the last. Once the oil is consumed, the device is considered spent and should be disposed of responsibly at an appropriate electronics or cannabis waste collection point.

If you're comparing the 510 cartridge format versus a disposable, Ashario's in-store team across all four Ontario locations can walk you through the practical differences in usage, maintenance, and cost-per-use considerations.

Spinach Flower and Pre-Rolls

Beyond vapes and edibles, Spinach Cannabis also produces dried flower and pre-rolled joints. Spinach pre-rolls are available in single-format and multi-pack options, making them a convenient choice for consumers who prefer a traditional consumption format without the need to roll their own.

Spinach's flower lineup includes a variety of strain offerings covering indica, sativa, and hybrid classifications. The brand sources genetics from established strains and emphasizes consistency in cultivation: meaning the terpene profile and cannabinoid content you see on the label should be reliably representative of what's in the package.

Spinach also produces infused pre-rolls in certain product lines, which incorporate added cannabis concentrates or oil into the rolling process for a more potent experience than a standard flower pre-roll. These are typically labelled distinctly and are better suited for consumers with an established tolerance.

Frequently Asked Questions About Spinach Cannabis

What is Spinach Cannabis and who makes it?

Spinach Cannabis is a federally licensed cannabis brand owned by Cronos Group, one of Canada's major licensed producers. The brand produces a range of cannabis products including dried flower, pre-rolls, 510 vape cartridges, disposable vapes, and THC-infused edibles such as the Sourz by Spinach gummy line. Spinach products are sold at licensed cannabis retailers across Canada, including all four Ashario Cannabis locations in Ontario.

What is the difference between Sourz by Spinach and Fully Blasted Sourz by Spinach?

Both are THC-infused gummy edibles from Spinach Cannabis with a sour fruit flavour profile. The standard Sourz by Spinach line is formulated for a broader range of consumers, while Fully Blasted Sourz by Spinach contains a higher THC concentration per gummy and is intended for consumers who are more familiar with cannabis edibles and their personal tolerance. Consumers new to edibles are generally advised to start with lower-dose products and assess their response before trying higher-potency formats.

Is the Spinach disposable vape different from a Spinach 510 cartridge?

Yes. A Spinach disposable vape is a fully self-contained, single-use device that includes an integrated battery and pre-filled cannabis oil: no accessories are required. A Spinach 510 vape cartridge is a refillable-format oil cartridge that requires a separate 510-thread battery to function. Both formats vaporize cannabis oil, but disposables are more convenient out of the box, while 510 cartridges offer more flexibility for consumers who already own a compatible device.
