Weed Delivery in North Scarborough: Real Hours

Note: Cannabis is for adults 19+ in Ontario. This content is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for cannabis-related health questions.

No licensed dispensary in Scarborough delivers 24 hours a day. Ashario delivers same-day cannabis to north Scarborough (L'Amoreaux, Tam O'Shanter-Sullivan, and Agincourt) from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week, with an $9.77 flat fee and most orders arriving in 1 to 2 hours. Order by 8:00 PM to get it the same day.

If you've searched "24 hour dispensary Scarborough delivery," here's the honest answer up front: those hours don't legally exist in Ontario. But there's a real, licensed service covering the northern part of the borough, and this post lays out exactly how it works, which streets are inside the zone, and what to expect at your door. For the full map, see our same-day cannabis delivery in Downsview & west North York page, which is the zone that reaches into north Scarborough.

Why there's no true 24 hour dispensary in Scarborough

Ontario law does not permit 24-hour cannabis sales or delivery. Under the AGCO (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario), licensed cannabis retailers may only sell between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Delivery windows sit inside those legal boundaries, which is why every legitimate operator stops well before midnight.

Any website advertising round-the-clock cannabis delivery in Scarborough is either unlicensed or exaggerating. Buying from unlicensed sources means no lab testing, no verified potency, and no legal recourse. Health Canada requires every legal product to carry a batch number and testing data: protections you lose entirely when ordering outside the legal system.

So the practical question isn't "who delivers at 3 AM?" It's "who delivers to my part of Scarborough, quickly, from a licensed store?" That's where Ashario comes in.

How Ashario reaches north Scarborough

Ashario's same-day delivery into north Scarborough is fulfilled by our Finch & Dufferin store at 1111A Finch Ave W Unit 1, North York. That location handles a delivery zone that stretches east into L'Amoreaux, Tam O'Shanter-Sullivan, and Agincourt: the neighbourhoods sitting north of Highway 401 and around Finch, Warden, and Kennedy.

Here's what a north Scarborough order looks like in practice:

• Delivery hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, every day of the year
• Same-day cutoff: place your order by 8:00 PM
• Flat fee: $9.77, with no minimum order
• Typical arrival: 1 to 2 hours from checkout
• ID check: 19+ with valid government-issued photo ID, handed to you in person

Because delivery runs from a physical store rather than a warehouse, the menu you order from is real inventory sitting on our shelves. Our budtenders frequently get asked whether the online stock is "live". It is. If a cultivar shows as available, it's in the building.

Which north Scarborough streets are inside the zone?

The Finch & Dufferin delivery area covers north Scarborough neighbourhoods including L'Amoreaux (around Finch and Kennedy), Tam O'Shanter-Sullivan (near Sheppard and Warden), and Agincourt (around the Agincourt GO and Kennedy Commons). If you're south of the 401 or east toward Malvern and Rouge, you fall outside this particular zone. Check the full delivery hub to confirm your address is covered before ordering.

What you can order for delivery in Scarborough

Ashario carries the full range of legal cannabis categories, and nearly all of them are available for delivery. As of 2026, our shelves, and delivery menu, include dried flower, pre-rolls, vapes (510 cartridges and disposables), edibles, beverages, concentrates like shatter and rosin, capsules, oils, and accessories.

A few notes from behind the counter that customers ask about constantly:

• Flower from Ontario Licensed Producers spanning indica, sativa, and hybrid genetics. Pink Kush, MAC, and Blue Dream-lineage cultivars rotate through regularly.
• Edibles are capped at 10 mg THC per package under federal law, so if you want more total THC you'll order multiple units.
• Vapes are the most common same-evening delivery request: grab-and-go format, easy to reorder once you find a cultivar you like.
• Potency varies by product and lot. We never publish a fixed THC number online because the real figure is on the label and COA for that specific batch. Verify it there.

You can browse the current selection any time on our live menu bridge page, which shows what each store has in stock right now.

Ordering after the delivery window closes

If it's past 10:00 PM and you still want cannabis in Scarborough, delivery isn't an option that night, but pickup and in-store shopping run later. All four Ashario stores are open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily, 365 days a year.

For north Scarborough residents, the two closest walk-in locations are:

• Ashario Cannabis: Finch & Dufferin: 1111A Finch Ave W Unit 1, North York, ON M3J 2P7 | +1-647-368-7722
• Ashario Cannabis: Centerpoint Mall: 6464 Yonge St Unit #187, North York, ON M2M 3X4 | +1-416-477-9333

Both are open until 11:00 PM, giving you a full extra hour beyond the delivery cutoff. So the realistic "latest cannabis in Scarborough" answer is: delivery to 10 PM, in-store to 11 PM. There's no legal midnight run, and that consistency is a feature, not a limitation.

Delivery vs. in-store: which is faster after 8 PM?

Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM you can still place a same-day delivery order right up to the 8 PM cutoff, but after that window closes, an in-store visit or online pickup becomes the fastest route. Our Finch & Dufferin and Centerpoint stores stay open to 11 PM. If you need something tonight and it's already 9:30 PM, drive in: delivery has stopped accepting new same-day orders by then.

Staying safe and legal in Ontario

Ontario's legal age for cannabis is 19. Every Ashario delivery is handed directly to a person who can show valid government-issued photo ID, and drivers never leave products unattended at a door or with a neighbour. This isn't optional. It's an AGCO requirement, and our drivers won't complete a handoff without it.

Keep products in their original child-resistant packaging and stored away from anyone under 19: guidance echoed by Drug Free Kids Canada.

Health Canada's general serving guidance for new consumers is to start low and go slow, for edibles that often means 2.5 mg of THC or less to begin. Everyone's tolerance differs, so treat any range as a starting point, not a target.

Frequently asked questions

Is there any 24 hour weed delivery in Scarborough?

No. Ontario law caps cannabis sales and delivery within legal hours, and no licensed retailer operates 24 hours. The latest legal same-day delivery cutoff at Ashario is 8:00 PM, with drop-offs running until 10:00 PM. In-store shopping at our Finch & Dufferin and Centerpoint locations runs until 11:00 PM. Any site claiming true round-the-clock delivery is operating outside the legal, tested supply chain.

Does Ashario deliver to all of Scarborough?

Not the entire borough. Our Finch & Dufferin store covers north Scarborough: specifically L'Amoreaux, Tam O'Shanter-Sullivan, and Agincourt, generally north of Highway 401. Areas farther east and south, like Malvern, Rouge, and the lakeshore neighbourhoods, currently fall outside this delivery zone. Enter your address on our delivery hub to confirm coverage before you check out.

How late can I place a same-day order for north Scarborough?

You need to submit your order by 8:00 PM for same-day delivery. Orders placed after that cutoff are scheduled for the next delivery day. Most same-day orders arrive within 1 to 2 hours of checkout, so an order placed at 7:45 PM typically reaches you well before the 10:00 PM close. If it's already past 8 PM, an in-store pickup is your fastest option.

What happens if nobody 19+ is home to receive the delivery?

The driver cannot complete the handoff. Ontario rules require every cannabis delivery to be given directly to a person who is 19 or older and can present valid government-issued photo ID. Drivers won't leave products at the door, in a mailbox, or with anyone who can't verify their age. Make sure someone eligible is available at the delivery address during your window.

Can I pay cash for delivery in Scarborough?

Payment options are confirmed at checkout on our ordering system, which reflects the current accepted methods. The $9.77 delivery fee is flat regardless of order size, and there's no minimum purchase required. For the most accurate, up-to-date payment details for your specific order, complete checkout online or reach out through our contact page before placing the order.
