Weed Delivery in Newmarket

Ashario Cannabis Aurora, a licensed store at 15114 Yonge St, delivers cannabis same day to south and central Newmarket and to Sharon. Our own staff deliver from 10 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, for a flat $9.77 with no minimum order. Most orders arrive in 1 to 2 hours. Order by 8 PM for same-day delivery.

Why there are no dispensaries in Newmarket

The Town of Newmarket opted out of cannabis retail stores. The AGCO's list of municipalities records the town's decision on January 15, 2019, and the AGCO register shows no authorized cannabis store inside town limits (checked September 2026). That is why a search for a dispensary in Newmarket turns up shops in neighbouring towns, not on Main Street.

The opt-out covers storefronts only. Ontario lets a licensed store deliver to a residence or private place anywhere in the province, so adults 19 and older in Newmarket can still buy legal cannabis from a licensed store in a town that allows them. Aurora allows stores, and ours sits on Yonge St about 5 km south of Yonge and Mulock. You can confirm any store's licence on the AGCO municipal list and the AGCO Authorized Retailer Store Map.

Newmarket streets and areas on our route

Every Newmarket order is driven north from the Aurora store, mostly up Yonge St. These parts of town are inside our delivery zone:

• Yonge St corridor: from St John's Sideroad north through Yonge and Mulock to Upper Canada Mall at Yonge and Davis.
• Downtown Newmarket: historic Main Street and Davis Dr, Fairy Lake Park and the Newmarket GO station.
• East end: Bayview Ave, the Magna Centre on Mulock Dr, Davis and Leslie, Mulock and Leslie, and east to Highway 404.
• West end: Davis Dr and Mulock Dr west to Bathurst St.
• North edge: Leslie and Green Lane, and the east side of town up to Green Lane.

The zone edge is not a straight line along Green Lane. West of Bayview Ave it dips south: on Yonge St it stops a few hundred metres short of Green Lane, and near Bathurst St it runs closer to Davis Dr. If your address is north of Davis Dr and west of Bayview Ave, run the address check before you order.

Sharon, and where the route stops

Sharon is the only part of East Gwillimbury we deliver to: the hamlet around Leslie St and Mount Albert Rd, including the Sharon Temple area. East Gwillimbury opted out of cannabis stores too (January 8, 2019, per the AGCO list), so Sharon residents also rely on licensed delivery.

Not covered: the north-west corner of Newmarket around Yonge St and Green Lane, Holland Landing, Queensville, Mount Albert and the rest of East Gwillimbury outside Sharon, plus Keswick and Bradford.

Ordering to a Newmarket address

1. Enter your Newmarket or Sharon street address in the Aurora store's delivery check, then shop the Aurora menu.
2. Pay online with Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Debit Mastercard, or a Visa or Mastercard prepaid card. Checkout before 8 PM keeps the order on today's route; later orders may come the next day.
3. Be home with your government-issued photo ID and the physical card you paid with. The driver hands the bag to you and heads back to Aurora.

What the driver checks at your door

• Every recipient must be 19 or older. The driver checks government-issued photo ID and the physical payment card used at checkout.
• Orders are handed over in person at the address on the order. We never leave an order at the door or unattended.
• Delivery goes to residences and private places only, not parks or parking lots.
• Each order is capped at 30 g of dried cannabis or the equivalent, the Ontario limit.
• An Ashario employee from the Aurora store drives every Newmarket order. No outside courier is involved.
• Ontario allows licensed delivery between 9 AM and 11 PM; our window is 10 AM to 10 PM. Please do not drive after consuming cannabis.

Only to Sharon. The Sharon area around Leslie St and Mount Albert Rd is inside our zone, but Holland Landing, Queensville, Mount Albert and the rest of East Gwillimbury are not.
